๑ Please be 100% sure before sending an order form. Ghosting us 3 or more times will result in you being banned from our shop.
๑ No refunds/cancellations once payment has been sent and items have been secured. You will only be refunded when the item gets sold out prior to checkout or when the artist refunds due to unforeseen circumstances.
๑ In case of missing items upon arrival at our PH add and sending of the missing items is impossible, we can only refund you if the one at fault (the artist or the consol) refunds us.
๑ Kindly order only if you are willing to wait.
๑ After submitting an order form, a confirmation email will be sent via email within 48 hours. Please make sure to input your active email and check your spam folder as well.
๑ Please note that we will not be held liable for any manufacturing defects/damages found in the items upon arrival at our place.
๑ Joy reservers/bogus buyers will be posted, blocked, and put on our blacklist.
๑ PASALO is allowed, though if a product is sold as a set, we will not be able to accommodate split shipping for that (e.g. split shipping for a clear bookmark set with 4 characters = not allowed). Upon receiving an arrival notice email, you may include the updated/final shipping address when you fill-in the shipping request form.
๑ Combined shipping is allowed (e.g. your arrived orders + upcoming orders = allowed / your orders + your friend's orders = allowed, as long as both parties will email us their consent).
