[General]
1. Please be 100% sure before claiming an item. We do not tolerate joy reservers and time-wasters here.
2. If you are a minor, make sure that your parents know about this and do not order without their consent. We do not want to experience parents calling us about your orders.
3. Joy reservers/bogus buyers will be posted and will be blocked.
4. Kindly film an unboxing video once the order/s has been received. STRICTLY no unboxing video (video must be from when opening the courier pouch to pointing out the concern) = no refund (if there are any concerns).
5. Please be reminded that we are not full-time sellers. We also have duties outside twitter world, so kindly wait for our response within 24hrs for any queries.
6. Please do not grab our photos without our permission. Respect our pricing as well as we do not have the same suppliers and consolidators for every order. Factors like forex rate, transfer fee, international shipping fee, consolidator’s fee, time, effort, and packaging affect our pricing.
7. We have the right to not entertain rude potential buyers. Please be kind to everyone! ♡[For GOs and STBOs]
1. Please be 100% sure before sending an order form. Ghosting us 3 or more times will have you banned from our shop.
2. No refunds/cancellations once payment has been sent and items have been secured. You will only be refunded when the item gets sold out prior to checkout or when the artist refunds due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Kindly order only if you are willing to wait. Our GOs are usually under NORMAL ETA (3-4wks upon ship out from kr address) unless stated otherwise.
4. We will not be held liable for any manufacturing defects/damages found in the items upon arrival at our place.
5. PASALO is allowed, though if a product is sold as a set, we will not be able to accommodate split shipping for that anymore (e.g. split shipping for a clear bookmark set with 4 characters = not allowed). Upon receiving an arrival notice email, you may include the updated/final shipping address when you fill in the shipping request form. Combined shipping is allowed (e.g. your arrived orders + upcoming orders = allowed / your orders + your friend's orders = allowed, as long as both parties will email us their consent).
6. For items sourced from the Korean Marketplace (e.g. Bunjang/Yangdo), please note that unsealed items are equivalent to pre-loved items. Do not purchase if you are sensitive to a few marks, scratches, or dents. There are some sellers who do not disclose flaws, so please consider the risk![For Claiming]
1. Please be 100% sure before sending an order form. No cancellations once you have claimed an item. If you really wish to cancel, kindly pay a cancellation fee of 30% of your order total. If you cannot pay on time, please do not order! We will be posting joy reservers.
2. Kindly fill in the required fields completely. No trolls allowed!
3. After submitting an order form, a confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours. Please make sure to input your active email. If you did not receive an email within 24 hours, please contact us!
4. Kindly make sure to pay on the agreed DOP.
5. For our selling posts with mine basis, we’ll be using twitter searches “latest” tab to determine the successful miner. Please do not be rude to us if we did not acknowledge you as a successful miner. Our shop, our rules!
6. If mine-ing for a friend is allowed, the format of the tweet should be "Mine for @Friend'sUsername". Your friend must confirm with us within the time given.
7. “Yours” = Fill up the order form in our carrd (check pinned tweet) after being acknowledged. You must submit it within 24hrs. No order form within 24hrs = slot cancelled = blocked/blocklisted.

1. MOP: Gcash / BDO / BPI only!
2. Please send your proof of payment to our email or you may DM/PM us on twitter/facebook instead!
3. You have the option to pay downpayment/remaining bal./full payment.
4. If tagged as "Balance Upon Arrival", this means that you should settle your remaining balance within 5 days after sending you an arrival notice email.
5. Failure to settle your payments on time will result to an additional fee of ₱30 per day.✿ SHIPPING ✿
1. MOD: Gogo Xpress & SCO (Shipping from Bacoor, Cavite or Sampaloc, Manila) or Same-day Delivery (Loc: Bacoor, Cavite / Sampaloc, Manila / Near UST). Subject to availability.
2. You will receive an arrival notice email once items arrived in our PH add. No rush shipping, please!
3. We will try our best to secure the package. No additional fees are required for packaging. For nendoroids, inform us if you would like to avail a box protector (+55 for new boxes/+75 for old boxes).
4. For GoGo Xpress shipping fees, you have the option to pay for it via Gcash before shipping out OR via Cash On Delivery (you’ll pay for it directly to the rider upon delivery). Rates depend on the amount and size of orders + if availing the insurance add-on.
5. For SCO, there will be a ₱10 listing price to cover the Shopee fees.
5. We cannot be held liable for any damages or lost packages incurred by the courier once the parcel has been shipped out. Again, please record an unboxing video just in case!
6. For changes in the customer’s shipping details, please inform us asap through the arrival notice email that will be sent once items arrived in PH.
7. Unclaimed orders for more than 2 months (after sending an arrival notice) will be disposed of/will be up for sale.Borahae ♡
